Spherical Plain Bearings - Metric
Units handle heavy radial loads and bidirectional axial loads at same time. Styles include:
- GE E/ES Series - General purpose units feature single fracture design and MoS₂ treated steel-on-steel sliding surface. Units with ES suffix can be relubricated through annular grooves and oil holes in inner and outer rings. Also available are maintenance-free, low-friction PTFE lined races (GE TE 2RS) and corrosion-resistant stainless steel (GE TE/X).
- GEH E/ES Series - Heavy-duty units feature wide inner rings and larger ODs capable of greater misalignment, and MoS₂ treated steel-on-steel sliding surface. Units with ES suffix can be relubricated through annular grooves and oil holes in inner and outer rings. Also available are maintenance-free, low-friction PTFE lined races (GEH TE 2RS) and corrosion-resistant stainless steel (GEH TE/X).
- GE C Series - Maintenance-free, low friction units feature PTFE-lined steel outer sliding surface on chrome-plated balls.
- GEH C Series - Heavy-duty, maintenance-free, low friction units feature PTFE-lined steel outer sliding surface on chrome-plated balls.
- GEG ES Series - General purpose units accommodate heavy radial loads and bidirectional axial loads at same time. Extended inner ring eliminates need for locational spacers. Single fracture design with carbon chromium steel on steel sliding surface treated with MoS₂ to reduce friction. Can be relubricated through annular grooves and oil holes in inner and outer rings (ES suffix).
- GEM ES Series - General purpose units have extended inner rings that eliminate the need for locational spacers, single fracture design and MoS₂ treated steel-on-steel sliding surface. Units with ES suffix can be relubricated through annular grooves and oil holes in inner and outer rings.
